Construction Snapshot was created to accommodate a wide range of user roles. As the Project Manager, you can invite as many or as few people as you like to join and collaborate on your projects. Roles provide invited project participants with different levels of access and functionality.

  • complete system access to create and manage multiple projects and contacts

• Project Architect

  • update their system user profile
  • view all invited projects
  • view individual project reports
  • view individual project Snapshots
  • view individual project contacts
  • view project budgets
  • view project schedules
  • manage assigned project documents
  • receive project update notifications

• Project Superintendent

  • Same control and functionality as an Architect, but with different document access

• Project Subcontractor

  • Same control and functionality as an Architect, but with different document access

• Project Owner

  – Person for which the project is being done

  • Same control and functionality as an Architect, but with different document access

• Additional Project Stakeholders

  – you may add as many as you like
